What are Adorearth sheets made from?

Our signature sheets are crafted from 100% organic bamboo, a sustainable and renewable resource. We use a sateen weave to create a silky-smooth finish that is exceptionally soft and gentle on your skin. Our bamboo is sourced from FSC-certified forests, ensuring responsible and ethical practices from grove to bedroom.

What is the difference between bamboo and traditional cotton?

Bamboo offers several unique advantages over traditional cotton. It is naturally hypoallergenic and antibacterial, making it an excellent choice for those with sensitive skin or allergies. Bamboo is also more breathable and moisture-wicking, helping to regulate your body temperature for a cooler, more comfortable sleep. Furthermore, bamboo is a more sustainable and eco-friendly option, as it grows rapidly without the need for pesticides or excessive water.

Are your products certified?

Yes, our bamboo is sourced from FSC-certified forests, and our products are certified by OEKO-TEX®, which means they are free from harmful chemicals and safe for you and your family. We are committed to upholding the highest standards of quality and sustainability in every product we create.

What is included in a sheet set?

Each Adorearth sheet set includes one flat sheet, one fitted sheet, and two pillowcases. Our fitted sheets are designed with deep pockets to fit mattresses up to 40cm thick.

What sizes are available?

Our sheet sets are available in a range of sizes to fit most beds, including Single, King Single, Double, Queen, and King. Please refer to our size guide for specific dimensions.

Do you sell other bamboo products?

Shipping

How much does shipping cost?

We offer FREE standard shipping on all orders Australia-wide.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Orders are typically processed within 24 hours. Standard shipping takes 2–8 business days, while express shipping takes 1–3 business days. Please note that business days do not include weekends or public holidays.

How can I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your order on the carrier's website.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we only ship within Australia. We are hoping to expand to international shipping in the future, so please sign up for our newsletter to stay updated.

Returns & Warranty

What is your return policy?

We are so confident you'll love your Adorearth products that we offer a 90-day risk-free trial. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it for a full refund within 90 days of receipt. Please note that you will be responsible for the cost of return shipping.

How do I initiate a return?

To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at support@adorearth.com with your order number and reason for return. We will then provide you with instructions on how to return your item.

What is your warranty?

We stand by the quality of our products. All Adorearth products are covered by a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects. This warranty does not cover damage caused by improper care, accidents, or normal wear and tear.

Care Instructions

How do I care for my bamboo sheets?

To keep your bamboo sheets feeling soft and luxurious for years to come, we recommend the following care instructions:

Machine wash in cold water on a gentle cycle.
Use a mild, liquid detergent.
Do not use bleach or fabric softener.
Line dry in the shade or tumble dry on a low heat setting.
If needed, iron on a low setting.

Will my bamboo sheets shrink?

Our bamboo sheets are pre-washed to minimise shrinkage. However, you may experience a small amount of shrinkage after the first wash. To minimise shrinkage, we recommend following the care instructions carefully.

How can I prevent pilling?

Pilling is a natural occurrence with any natural fibre. To prevent pilling, we recommend washing your sheets separately from other items, especially those with zippers or rough textures. Using a gentle cycle and a mild detergent will also help to minimise pilling.
